NBCC (India) Limited has announced the acquisition of new work orders totalling approximately ₹176.28 crore. These contracts, awarded in the ordinary course of business, span various sectors and regions, reflecting the company’s diverse project management capabilities.

Among the notable projects, will undertake the relaying of a synthetic athletic track and the renovation of FIFA-standard football grounds at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar, for the Sports and Youth Services Department of the Government of Odisha. This project, valued at approximately ₹29.48 crore, includes a five-year maintenance and repair agreement.

Another significant contract involves the planning, designing, and execution of fabrication and interior work for the office premises, covering an area of 3,200 square feet. This project, awarded by the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), is valued at approximately ₹2.34 crore.

NBCC will also provide furniture and internal fit-outs for the permanent campus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) in Khagaria, Bihar. This contract, awarded by the , is valued at approximately ₹2.43 crore.

In addition, NBCC has secured a contract for the construction of an office building and residential quarters for in Palarivattom, Kochi, valued at approximately ₹54.35 crore. The company will also construct residential apartments for Canara Bank in Punkunnam, Thrissur, with a project value of approximately ₹7.46 crore.

Further, NBCC will execute the construction of Phase-B at 11 JNVs’ permanent campuses in Odisha, a project valued at approximately ₹50.98 crore. Lastly, the company will undertake additional works under Phase-II of the infrastructure development at the permanent campus of IIM Sambalpur, valued at approximately ₹29.24 crore.
