Morepen Laboratories has fully repaid a credit facility totalling ₹99 crore to Kotak Mahindra Bank as of 2 March 2026.

The credit facility included a working capital demand loan of ₹79 crore and a cash credit limit of ₹20 crore. The bank is in the process of issuing a No Dues Certificate and releasing the assets that were charged as security. This repayment marks the closure of the financial arrangement initially intimated on 18 December 2024.
