Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has announced the disbursement of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend, declared at a rate of ₹4 per fully paid-up equity share of ₹10 each, equates to a 40% payout.
The Board of Directors had approved this interim dividend during their meeting on 3rd March 2026. Eligible shareholders received the dividend on 24th March 2026, as per the company’s regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India.
