Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has announced a significant change in its leadership team with the appointment of as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective 1st July 2026. This decision follows the resignation of the current CFO, , who will transition to a new role within the Mahindra Group.

The Board of Directors approved these changes during their meeting on 5th May 2026. Vimal Agarwal will step down from his position as CFO and Key Managerial Personnel at the close of business on 30th June 2026. His resignation was accepted by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors.

Rajiv Vimal brings over two decades of experience in strategic finance, governance, and performance management. He is currently the CFO of PPG Asian Paints Private Limited, a joint venture between PPG Industries and Asian Paints. Vimal has played a crucial role in driving strategy, growth, capital allocation, and profitability, overseeing finance, accounting, taxation, internal audit, legal compliance, and CSR functions.

Before his tenure at PPG Asian Paints, Vimal spent over 13 years with Vodafone, holding senior finance leadership roles, including Head of Finance for the MPCG Circle. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, known for his strategic insight and execution capabilities.

Vimal Agarwal expressed his gratitude to the Board and management for their support during his tenure as CFO, wishing the company continued success in the future.
