Jyoti Structures has been awarded a significant contract by Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited for the modification of transmission lines in Mumbai. The project, valued at ₹88.33 crore excluding GST, involves extensive engineering and construction work.
The project, titled ‘EHV 220kV / 110kV Transmission Line Modification Works for the Mumbai Coastal Road Project’, is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Jyoti Structures will undertake the design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply, and erection of towers and monopoles, as well as stringing, testing, and commissioning on a lump sum turnkey basis.
The completion period for this project is set at 12 months from the receipt of the Letter of Award. The company has confirmed that none of its promoters or group companies have any interest in Adani Electricity, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
