Jaykay Enterprises Ltd. has announced its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a significant increase in its financial performance, with total income for Q4 FY2025-26 standing at ₹69.78 crore, a 322% increase from ₹16.53 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBIDTA) before exceptional items rose by 213% to ₹2.88 crore, compared to ₹0.92 crore in Q4 FY2024-25. Notably, Jaykay Enterprises recorded a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹179.82 crore, a substantial turnaround from a loss of ₹4.41 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
For the full financial year FY2025-26, Jaykay Enterprises reported a total income of ₹282.30 crore, marking a 185% year-on-year growth from ₹98.94 crore in FY2024-25. The company’s EBIDTA before exceptional items surged by 274% to ₹66.89 crore, up from ₹17.84 crore in the previous year. Profit before tax, excluding exceptional items, increased by 529% to ₹44.59 crore, compared to ₹7.08 crore in the prior year. The PAT, including exceptional items, rose to ₹215.65 crore.
In the Defence & Aerospace sector, Jaykay Enterprises secured orders from strategic organisations such as BrahMos Aerospace Pvt. Ltd., Bharat Dynamics Ltd., and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. The company completed the expansion of its Cherlapally facility, enhancing its capabilities in manufacturing large composite structures and advanced underwater systems.
In Digital Manufacturing & Advanced Systems, the company completed the Peenya orthopaedic implant manufacturing project, receiving CDSCO MD13 certification and commencing trial production. The unit was also awarded ISO 13485 certification for medical device quality management systems.
In Digital Services, Jaykay Enterprises deployed its AI orchestration platform, JIVA, for enterprise customers in the US and Europe. The company also strengthened its digital transformation offerings with GenAI and Agentic AI-led solutions.
