Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) has authorised key officials to determine the materiality of events or information and make disclosures to stock exchanges, in compliance with Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Board of Directors has delegated authority to the Chairman & Managing Director or Director (Finance)/Chief Financial Officer for assessing the materiality of events or information.
