Intellect Design Arena has approved a joint venture with UK-based Fintel PLC to create an AI-led financial advisory platform.
The joint venture, which will be incorporated in the United Kingdom, aims to develop and commercialise a financial advisory platform specifically tailored for the UK market. The proposed shareholding structure of the new entity will be a 50:50 partnership between Intellect Design Arena and Fintel PLC, subject to necessary regulatory approvals. The board of directors for the joint venture company will consist of five members, with two nominees each from Intellect Design Arena and Fintel PLC, and one independent director. Further appointments or share subscriptions will be determined by the joint venture’s board. The initial capital contribution and share issuance details are still being finalised and will be determined at the time of the company’s incorporation.
