Infibeam Avenues Ltd. announced on Wednesday that it has signed a definitive agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank to use its payment platform, CCAvenue.
The Gandhinagar based company stated in its BSE regulatory filing. “In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., India (JPMC) has signed a definitive agreement with Infibeam Avenues Limited, to use Company’s flagship enterprise payment platform, CCAvenue for processing transactions of its enterprise clients.”
Infibeam Avenue’s stock closed at Rs 87.70, up by 0.87%.
