The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Hindustan Unilever made this decision through a circular resolution dated 15th March 2026. The company clarified that this grant is not considered a material event under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
