GR Infraprojects Limited has bagged two development projects worth Rs 3613 crore in total.

The company emerged as the lowest bidder in undertaking the two projects. The validity of the bid ended on August 12th.

In its regulatory filings to BSE and NSE, GR Infraprojects updated the stock exchanges on the award of two projects in which the company emerged as an L-1 (lowest) bidder.

The two development projects are both situated in the state of Uttarakhand. The first one is the Development, Operation and Maintenance of the Ropeway from Gaurikund to Kedarnath in the State
of Uttarakhand on Hybrid Annuity Mode, the bid cost for this project is Rs 1875 crore with a fixed operation and maintenance cost of Rs 2 crore. Company has projected a 1460 days of construction period with a 15 years operation.

The second project is a Development, Operation and Maintenance of Ropeway from Govind Ghat – Ghangaria – Hemkund Sahib in the State of Uttarakhand on Hybrid Annuity Mode at a cost of Rs 1738 crore. The first year operation and maintained cost of this project is also 2 years and construction period is 1460 days with a 15 year operation period.
