Godrej & Boyce’s Process Equipment business has delivered high-pressure exchangers and a separator to one of the world’s largest blue ammonia facilities in the Middle East. The equipment, weighing around 250 metric tonnes, includes four exchangers—two of which are 26 metres long—and a high-pressure separator, all built using low-alloy steel to handle extreme temperatures and pressures.
The delivery supports clean energy production and highlights Godrej’s growing role in the global shift towards low-carbon technologies.
“This is a major step in supporting global clean energy goals,” said Hussain Shariyarr, Executive VP & Business Head, Process Equipment. “Our engineering capabilities position us as a trusted partner for complex energy projects.”
The company has previously supplied heat exchangers for a large green hydrogen facility in the Middle East and is currently executing blue hydrogen orders in the Americas.
Godrej is aligning its manufacturing expertise with the rising demand for hydrogen and ammonia-related equipment, reinforcing its clean energy supply chain position, blue hydrogen projects in the Americas, and expanding its clean energy footprint globally.
