NelsonHall’s Healthcare Payer Agility & Innovation NEAT Evaluation 2026 also recognised Firstsource as a Leader, highlighting its production-ready AI workflows and the relAI™ platform as the core of its digital delivery model. NelsonHall noted a significant reduction in manual effort, approximately 70%, through AI-generated feedback loops.
