Firstsource Solutions, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, has announced a partnership with Typeface to launch Agentic Marketing Services. This new offering aims to transform marketing operations into a scalable growth engine by implementing AI-native marketing systems, helping enterprises achieve measurable top-line revenue growth.
The collaboration leverages Firstsource’s expertise in customer operations and Typeface’s marketing orchestration engine to provide AI-driven personalisation that can result in up to 40% higher revenue for enterprises. The service focuses on transforming content operations, which currently consumes about 30% of CMO budgets, with 55% of content work being manual. By enabling AI-driven workflows, the partnership aims to optimise these operations significantly.
Ritesh Idnani, Managing Director and CEO of Firstsource, highlighted the disruption in content operations, stating that large language models are reshaping the marketing stack from ideation to distribution. He emphasised the need for partners who can transform and operate marketing systems end-to-end, rather than just offering consultancy or siloed agency services.
Abhay Parasnis, Founder and CEO of Typeface, noted that AI’s transformative potential in marketing is realised when embedded into workflows that drive customer outcomes. The partnership aims to operationalise AI in marketing, particularly in regulated industries like banking, healthcare, and retail, by embedding governed intelligence into systems that power growth.
The initiative is expected to help enterprises shift from fragmented marketing activities to scalable, revenue-led execution. Industry experts like Dave Kimbell, former CEO of Ulta Beauty, and Paul Sanford, former EVP Operations at Cigna Group, have recognised the potential of this offering to redefine growth strategies in sectors like retail and healthcare.
