Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the flagship company of the , has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The company reported a consolidated EBITDA of ₹16,464 crore for the financial year, maintaining stability despite a 2% decline from the previous year. Notably, 80% of this EBITDA is now derived from its core infrastructure and utility portfolio, highlighting a strategic shift towards long-term, stable revenue streams.

For the fiscal year 2026, achieved a total income of ₹1,02,943 crore, marking a 3% increase year-on-year. The profit before tax (PBT) stood at ₹4,309 crore, excluding an exceptional gain of ₹9,215 crore from the sale of its stake in Adani Wilmar Limited and cement units to Ambuja Cements Ltd. This strategic divestment underscores the company’s focus on refining its business model to enhance earnings visibility and stability.

During the fourth quarter of FY26, the company inaugurated India’s largest greenfield Ganga Expressway on 29th April 2026, completed in less than 3.5 years. Additionally, three new projects were added to its road business, including one Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) and two Toll-Operate-Transfer (TOT) projects. Adani Wind, part of the Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL) ecosystem, was recognised as the only Indian company in the Bloomberg NEF Global Top 15 wind turbine manufacturers list.

AdaniConnex Pvt Ltd, a data centre joint venture, has expanded its operations by handing over the phase-II capacity of a 4.8 MW data centre in Hyderabad, increasing its operational capacity to over 55 MW. The company also received a new hyperscale order for 358 MW in Hyderabad, bringing its cumulative tied-up capacity to more than 560 MW.

Adani Airports Holdings Ltd reported robust growth in aero and non-aero revenue, with year-on-year increases of 26% and 31%, respectively, in FY26. The company added three new routes and 20 new flights during the quarter, further expanding its operational footprint.

Adani Road Transport Ltd added three new road projects, bringing its total project tally to 20. These include the Chennai Outer Ring Road TOT project in Tamil Nadu, the Palanpur-Radhanpur-Samkhayili NH-27 operational TOT project in Gujarat, and the Ganga Path extension Digha-Koilwar HAM project in Bihar.
