It aims to provide IT services, infrastructure, data classification and analysis services, cloud solutions, data centre, and application development services. The establishment of this subsidiary marks a strategic move for Digitide Solutions to enhance its service offerings and reach in the Middle Eastern market.
Digitide IT Solutions L.L.C S.O.C has been incorporated with an authorised capital of AED 300,000, with Digitide Solutions holding 100% of the shares, ensuring complete control over the new entity. This development requires no additional governmental or regulatory approvals, nor does it involve any cash consideration or share swap.
