Deep Industries has announced an amendment to the provisional suspension of business dealings, clarifying that the suspension will not apply to several key services. These include Gas Compression services, Gas Dehydration Services, Hiring Services of GCP plus GDU, Hiring Services of DPDU, Hiring of 1000 HP Drilling Rig services, and Hiring of onshore Rigs of 100 MT. The amendment, dated 19th March 2026, effectively revokes the suspension for these specific services.

The company had previously informed stakeholders of a provisional suspension on 13th February 2026. However, the latest amendment provides a reprieve for the specified services, allowing to continue operations in these areas without interruption.

Deep Industries maintains that the initial suspension was unwarranted and remains optimistic about achieving a favourable resolution. The company is confident that the merits of its case will support a positive outcome.
