Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has secured a significant domestic contract with Forbes Marshal Pvt Ltd. As part of this one-year Propel Service Agreement, Zaggle will provide Forbes Marshal with its Zaggle Propel reward platform, enhancing employee engagement and rewards.

In the meantime, on February 11, Zaggle announced its board’s approval to acquire a 16.67% equity stake in Mobileware Technologies Private Limited. The decision, finalized on February 7, 2025, marks a strategic move to strengthen Zaggle’s technological capabilities and expand its service offerings.
