Urban Company Limited (NSE: URBANCO) has reached a significant milestone as its quick-service housekeeping vertical, InstaHelp, crossed 50,000 daily bookings on Sunday, February 22, 2026. The platform recorded approximately 51,520 bookings in a single day, highlighting strong demand for high-frequency home services across major urban markets.

InstaHelp was launched as a pilot in Mumbai in March 2025 and has since expanded into select micro-markets across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Pune. The service promises professional housekeeping support within 10–15 minutes of booking, catering to tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, laundry assistance and meal preparation. The fast turnaround time and structured service delivery model have helped drive rapid adoption, particularly among urban households looking for dependable, on-demand domestic help.

The 50,000-plus booking mark represents a peak day for the platform. Long-term growth will be shaped by customer retention, service quality and the company’s ability to scale its professional network efficiently. Urban Company emphasised that while the milestone is not directly comparable, its broader India Consumer Services business took nearly six years from inception to reach 50,000 bookings in a single day. InstaHelp has achieved similar scale within about a year of launch, reflecting changing consumer behaviour and increasing comfort with app-based household solutions.

Commenting on the development, Abhiraj Singh Bhal, CEO and Co-founder of Urban Company Limited, said that crossing 50,000 daily bookings reflects strong consumer demand for reliable, on-demand housekeeping services.
