Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited has secured a significant domestic order worth ₹72.20 crores from Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), strengthening its order book and reinforcing its presence in the nuclear and heavy engineering segment.

As disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, the order involves the supply and delivery of specialised support equipment for Tarapur Atomic Power Station Units 3 and 4. The project is part of NPCIL’s ongoing capacity enhancement and infrastructure development at one of India’s key nuclear power facilities.

The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and will be executed through staggered deliveries, with completion scheduled up to December 2028. The long execution timeline provides clear revenue visibility for Unimech Aerospace over the medium to long term, supporting stable business continuity.

The company has confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in NPCIL. Additionally, the order does not fall under related party transactions, ensuring that it has been awarded on a purely commercial and arm’s-length basis.
