By adopting Unicommerce’s flagship platform Uniware, WoodenStreet will be able to automate order processing, synchronize inventory across 20+ warehouses, and optimize delivery through intelligent warehouse allocation. Orders will automatically be assigned to the warehouse closest to the customer’s location, ensuring faster deliveries and reduced logistics costs — an essential factor for large shipments such as furniture.

A notable customization provided by Unicommerce for WoodenStreet is the multi-part shipment feature. This allows the brand to split a single customer order into separate shipments based on product availability or delivery timelines. For example, readily available items such as cushions or décor products can be shipped immediately, while larger items like furniture can follow later. This ensures a smoother customer experience and quicker dispatch of in-stock items.

Additionally, WoodenStreet will also integrate Unireco, Unicommerce’s marketplace reconciliation tool, to gain order-wise revenue visibility. This will simplify payment and return reconciliations, help identify incorrect charges, and provide deeper insights into product-wise profitability across marketplaces.

With a unified dashboard view of inventory, orders, and deliveries, WoodenStreet will now be able to manage its entire ecommerce business on one platform. The partnership underscores WoodenStreet’s commitment to leveraging technology for scaling operations and delivering an enhanced customer experience.
