The Games, set to take place in Uttarakhand from January 28 to February 14, 2025, will feature over 10,000 athletes across 32 sporting disciplines and 4 demonstration events, showcasing India’s athletic prowess.
As the official partner, Thomas Cook India will manage over 50,000 room nights across multiple venues, prepare 250,000+ meals, and coordinate 5,000+ coaches and 12,000 small vehicle duties to ensure smooth operations. A dedicated team of 200+ members will oversee the logistics at 32 venues and 11 locations, ensuring a seamless experience for athletes, dignitaries, and support staff. The company has also established a 24/7 control room and a toll-free number for event-related inquiries.
Thomas Cook India’s commitment to sustainability is reflected in its Green Games initiative, where over 1,000 trees will be planted. Additionally, the company is sponsoring physiotherapy services, with a team of 54 trained physiotherapists providing crucial care to athletes across all venues. The physiotherapy team’s logistics, including accommodation and transportation, will also be managed by Thomas Cook India, ensuring comprehensive support for the participants.
