Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has announced a strategic multi-year partnership with ARN Media, one of Australia’s leading audio-led entertainment companies. This collaboration aims to modernize ARN Media’s technology and business operations, leveraging TCS’ deep expertise in the media and entertainment sector.

As part of the partnership, TCS will deliver end-to-end Technology, Media, and Finance operations services for ARN Media. This includes the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications, IT infrastructure support, and comprehensive end-user helpdesk and service management solutions. By implementing application portfolio rationalization, consolidation, and automation tools, TCS will streamline ARN Media’s IT operations and enhance efficiency across core business functions, including sales, finance, operations, and accounting.

Currently, ARN Media reaches over 8 million Australians weekly through its broadcast and digital radio network, operating 58 radio stations across 33 markets, along with 46 digital audio broadcasting stations nationwide. In addition, its podcasts engage 6.8 million listeners monthly, supported by over 2.9 million registered users.

With more than 25 years of experience, TCS’ Communications, Media, and Information Services (CMIS) business unit serves clients across 45 countries, supporting over one billion subscribers worldwide. Operating from more than 105 delivery centers globally, TCS provides services across the entire communications value chain, including network modernization, IT operations, and operational support systems.
