Tata Elxsi has recently informed exchanges that the company has successfully integrated the RDK-B software stack with the Qualcomm® 5G FWA Gen 3 Platform. This groundbreaking integration opens the door for operators to provide quick, reliable and scalable high-speed FWA solutions.
Important features including packet statistics, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and advanced security options are integrated with the RDK-B middleware, ensuring the platform’s versatility and capacity to be used in both indoor and outdoor environments. Operators can now offer value-added services such as QoS, band steering, parental control and VPN to improve the overall broadband experience.
