Talbros Automotive Components Limited (TACL), along with its joint venture entities, has received orders worth approximately Rs 580 crore. These orders span across both domestic and international markets and are scheduled for execution over the next five years. The contracts cover all major product categories of the company, including gaskets, heat shields, forging components, chassis systems, and rubber hoses.
Within the sealing and forgings segment, the company secured orders totaling around Rs 260 crore. This includes approximately Rs 180 crore for gasket and heat shield products and around Rs 80 crore for forged components. Notably, exports make up a significant portion of this figure, with Rs 150 crore worth of orders primarily from the European market. By expanding its exports to Europe—a region with rigorous quality standards—Talbros is reinforcing its presence in a competitive and highly specialized automotive component industry.
The joint venture with Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems secured orders worth about Rs 290 crore for chassis parts, with half of these orders allocated for electric vehicle (EV) applications. This aligns with the increasing focus on EVs in the global automotive sector and indicates the company’s participation in emerging mobility solutions.
Additionally, the joint venture Talbros Marugo Rubber has obtained domestic orders valued at around Rs 30 crore for hoses and anti-vibration components. Commercial production for these products is expected to begin in the second half of FY26.
The new orders are expected to enhance the company’s revenue visibility and contribute to long-term profitability. The diversified nature of these orders, across products and geographies, highlights TACL’s evolving capabilities in meeting the demands of both traditional and next-generation automotive markets.
