Bengaluru-based telecom AI company Subex announced on Tuesday, March 25, that it has secured a major three-year contract extension from a Tier-1 European telecom operator. The deal, valued at approximately GBP 4.96 million (₹55 crore), has been awarded to Subex through one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
According to Subex’s regulatory filing, the renewed engagement focuses on delivering services in Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, and Partner Settlement via its ROC platform. The deal reinforces the company’s long-standing partnership with the European client, with whom it has been working across consumer, enterprise, and wholesale markets.
The contract will be executed over three years and reflects growing confidence in Subex’s AI-powered telecom solutions. Nisha Dutt, MD & CEO of Subex, emphasized that the extension is a testament to the trust and performance built over the years. “This relationship continues to stand as a testament to what strategic collaboration can achieve,” she stated.
Importantly, the company clarified that the awarding entity is an international one and does not involve any related party transactions.
This deal underlines Subex’s ongoing strategy to drive digital transformation in the telecom sector through intelligent automation and operational excellence.
