SEAMEC Limited, in a joint venture with Posh India Offshore Private Limited, has secured a significant contract from Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Division) for subsea installation work under ONGC’s Daman Upside Development Project (DUDP) and PRP VIII pipeline replacement project. The Letter of Award (LOA) for the contract has been granted to the consortium, with the project expected to be completed by May 2026.

The contract involves critical subsea installation activities, which are integral to ONGC’s offshore development plans. L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Division, a key player in India’s energy infrastructure sector, is overseeing the execution of these projects. The financial details of the contract, including the value share between Seamec and Posh India Offshore, are currently being finalized.

This contract marks a significant milestone for Seamec, reinforcing its expertise in subsea operations. The project falls within the company’s normal course of business and has been awarded by a domestic entity. There is no involvement of Seamec’s promoter group or related parties in this contract.

With a completion timeline set for May 2026, this collaboration between Seamec, Posh India Offshore, and L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Division is expected to contribute to India’s offshore energy sector.
