
RITES Limited, a leading transport infrastructure consultancy and engineering firm, has announced a significant international win with the receipt of a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Ministry of Public Works, Government of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana. The contract involves construction supervision services for the extension of the East Bank–East Coast Road Project Phase 2, spanning from Eccles to Providence.
This new assignment not only includes oversight of the current extension but also encompasses additional work under the existing supervision contract. The total value of the contract stands at USD 2.91 million (excluding taxes), reflecting RITES’ continued expansion and strong presence in international markets.
As per the agreement, RITES will oversee construction activities over a span of 18 months, followed by a 12-month Defects Liability Period. The project further cements RITES’ reputation as a trusted engineering partner for infrastructure development across borders.
This contract marks another milestone in the company’s global outreach and underscores its expertise in delivering quality consultancy services for large-scale transportation projects.
