RITES Q4 results: Revenue down 4.3% YoY to Rs 643 crore, Net profit rises 3.4% YoY 

RITES Ltd reported a steady financial performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, with net profit rising 3.4% year-on-year to ₹141.3 crore, compared to ₹136.7 crore in the same period last year. The bottom-line growth came despite a decline in overall revenue.

Revenue for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹615.4 crore, down 4.3% from ₹643 crore in Q4 FY24. However, the company registered a healthy improvement in operational profitability.

EBITDA for the quarter rose 5.4% to ₹185.5 crore, up from ₹176 crore in the year-ago period. Importantly, EBITDA margin expanded to 30%, compared to 24.36% in Q4 FY24 — indicating better cost efficiencies and improved project execution.

The performance underscores RITES’ ability to maintain profitability amid revenue pressure, supported by stable order execution and strong cost discipline.
