RITES Limited reported its Q3 FY25 financial performance with a 15.7% year-on-year (YoY) decline in revenue to ₹575.76 crore, compared to ₹682.89 crore in Q3 FY24. Sequentially, revenue improved from ₹540.86 crore in Q2 FY25.
The company’s EBITDA dropped 29.8% YoY to ₹1.18 billion in Q3 FY25 from ₹1.68 billion in the same quarter last year. EBITDA margin contracted to 20.49%, compared to 24.70% YoY, reflecting cost pressures and operational challenges.
Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹109.39 crore, down 15.1% YoY from ₹128.78 crore in Q3 FY24. However, it saw a recovery from ₹82.50 crore in Q2 FY25.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2024, RITES reported a revenue of ₹1,602.38 crore, down from ₹1,809.60 crore in the same period last year. The PAT for the period stood at ₹282.33 crore, compared to ₹358.53 crore in the previous year.
Despite YoY declines in revenue, EBITDA, and profitability, the company’s sequential improvement signals a gradual recovery in its operational performance.
