
Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) reported its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of FY25, showcasing robust operational performance. The company posted a net revenue of ₹2.39 lakh crore, maintaining its strong position, while EBITDA margins improved significantly to 18.2%, up 137.7 basis points compared to the previous quarter.
The improvement in margins is attributed to operational efficiencies and higher contributions from key segments. EBITDA rose to ₹43,789 crore, marking a sequential growth of 12.1%. The company’s focus on scaling its core businesses while optimizing costs has contributed to the margin expansion.
Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹18,540 crore, an increase of 11.9% QoQ, further underlining the company’s strong financial health. With stable revenues and improving profitability metrics, Reliance Industries continues to strengthen its position across its diversified business verticals.
