
Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL) reported a strong performance for Q3 FY25, with gross revenue reaching ₹90,333 crore, an increase of 8.8% year-on-year (YoY). Revenue from operations stood at ₹79,595 crore, reflecting a 7% YoY growth, driven by productivity improvements and enhanced customer engagement during the festive season.
The company’s EBITDA surged to ₹6,828 crore, registering a 9.5% YoY growth, while EBITDA from operations rose 9.8% YoY to ₹6,632 crore. The EBITDA margin from operations improved by 20 basis points (bps) YoY, reaching 8.3%. Net profit for the quarter was ₹3,458 crore, marking a 10% YoY increase.
RRVL opened 779 new stores during the quarter, bringing the total store count to 19,102. The operational area expanded to 77.4 million square feet, with over 296 million footfalls, a 5% YoY growth.
Commenting on the performance, Isha M. Ambani, Executive Director, Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, said, “Reliance Retail delivered strong performance during the quarter led by festive buying across consumption baskets. Our focus on offering wide range of products at an attractive price value proposition continues to draw customers to our stores and digital platforms. We are creating through JioMart – express deliveries, scheduled deliveries coupled with MilkBasket – subscription services, a seamless shopping experience that serves diverse customers across all categories and catchment.”
The company continues to scale its digital and new commerce channels, which contributed 18% of total revenue. Reliance Retail’s ongoing expansion and focus on customer-centric innovations underscore its commitment to driving growth across diverse business verticals.
