The rollout marks a significant step in strengthening AI-driven guest engagement and operational efficiency across Red Roof’s extensive hotel portfolio.

Sojern, RateGain’s recently acquired AI-powered marketing and guest experience platform, is designed specifically for the hospitality sector. Through the AI Concierge solution, Red Roof will be able to automate routine guest interactions, including service requests, amenity queries, and in-stay issue reporting. This automation reduces pressure on front-desk teams while ensuring guests receive fast, accurate, and personalized responses at scale throughout their stay.

The AI Concierge enhances every stage of the guest journey, from pre-arrival engagement to post-stay communication. By handling repetitive queries digitally, hotel staff can focus on higher-value guest interactions, leading to smoother operations and improved service consistency across properties.

This deployment builds on a strategic relationship between Red Roof and Sojern that began in 2024 with the adoption of Reputation Manager, a key component of Sojern’s Guest Experience Platform. Reputation Manager has been implemented across more than 700 Red Roof properties, enabling real-time monitoring of guest feedback during and after stays. The platform provides hotel teams with immediate visibility into guest sentiment, allowing issues to be addressed proactively before they impact online reviews or brand perception.

The results of this AI-driven approach were visible in Q4 2025, when Red Roof reported a 6.64% improvement in internal quality metrics and a 3.14% increase in social scores. These gains highlight measurable improvements in guest satisfaction and brand reputation, driven by faster response times and more consistent service delivery.

The expanded partnership reinforces Red Roof’s commitment to embedding artificial intelligence across guest engagement and operational workflows.
