Quadrant Future Tek Limited has received a major domestic order from Integral Coach Factory, Chennai, reinforcing its growing presence in India’s railway safety and signalling ecosystem.
In a regulatory filing made under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company disclosed that it received and accepted the offer on 28 January 2026. The contract involves the supply, retrofitment, testing, and commissioning of 192 units of Onboard KAVACH Equipment Version 4.0, in line with RDSO specifications.
The total contract value stands at ₹230.42 crore, inclusive of taxes. Along with execution, the scope also covers warranty obligations and long-term annual maintenance, providing revenue visibility beyond the initial deployment phase. The execution timeline for the order is 12 months.
KAVACH is Indian Railways’ indigenous automatic train protection system, designed to enhance operational safety by preventing signal passing at danger and controlling train speeds. The award of this order by Integral Coach Factory, one of the key production units of Indian Railways, highlights Quadrant Future Tek’s technical capabilities in mission-critical railway safety solutions.
The company clarified that the order is purely domestic in nature and awarded on an arm’s length basis.
