Premier Energies Limited, through its subsidiaries Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited, Premier Energies International Private Limited, and Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Limited, has announced securing multiple orders worth INR 1,087 crore. These orders include INR 964 crore for solar modules and INR 123 crore for solar cells from two major Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and one other domestic customer.

The company confirmed that the supply of solar modules and cells is scheduled to commence in January 2025. The nature of these orders is one-time, and all customers are domestic entities.

Premier Energies emphasized its robust capabilities in solar manufacturing, with these orders further solidifying its market position. The company continues to cater to India’s growing renewable energy sector, offering high-quality photovoltaic solutions.

The trading window for Premier Energies will remain closed from November 26 to November 27, 2024, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. It will reopen on November 28, 2024.
