One 97 Communications Limited, the parent company of Paytm, has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, to review and approve the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26).
In line with this, Paytm will also host its earnings call for investors and analysts on the same day, July 22, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. IST. The call will focus on the company’s performance, key highlights of the quarter, and insights from the management team.
Additionally, as per the company’s earlier communication dated June 27, 2025, the trading window for dealing in Paytm’s securities remains closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This restriction will stay in effect until the end of Thursday, July 24, 2025, in compliance with SEBI’s insider trading norms.
