Paradeep Phosphates resumes production at Ammonia and Urea plants in Goa

Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) has announced the resumption of operations at its Ammonia and Urea plants in Goa, which were previously shut down. The company disclosed this development in a regulatory filing on March 20, 2025.

Earlier, PPL had informed the exchanges on March 12, 2025, about the temporary shutdown of these plants. However, the company has now confirmed that production at both facilities has recommenced.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, indicating the material significance of the update.

Paradeep Phosphates is a key player in India’s fertilizer industry, contributing to agricultural growth by producing essential fertilizers like urea and ammonia.
