Pace Digitek Limited has received a major boost to its order book after its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, secured a high-value Advance Purchase Order from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). The order, valued at ₹94,35,13,250 (including GST), has been awarded under BSNL’s ongoing infrastructure modernisation programme.

Details of the BSNL Advance Purchase Order

As per the disclosure, Lineage Power Private Limited has received the Advance Purchase Order vide APO No. MMP/SE/007/LI-ION BTY/2025-26 for the supply of advanced lithium-ion energy storage solutions. The scope of work includes the supply of 25,000 Basic 100 AH / 48V Li-ion Battery Modules equipped with Battery Management Systems (BMS), along with all associated accessories required for complete battery sets.

In addition to battery modules, the order also covers the supply of 2,500 IP55-rated racks designed to house eight 48V / 100AH modules each. These racks are intended to ensure durability and protection in telecom operating environments. The contract further includes a comprehensive five-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) after the initial warranty period of five years for all 25,000 battery modules, reinforcing long-term service commitments.

Execution Timeline and Nature of the Contract

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is entirely domestic in nature. Pace Digitek has confirmed that the execution period for the contract is five months from the date of receipt of the final purchase order. The company has also clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in BSNL, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
