Godrej Enterprises Group has installed India’s first advanced precast concrete crash barrier system on the Mumbai–Pune Expressway Missing Link project in collaboration with DELTABLOC®, a global vehicle restraint systems company headquartered in Austria.
The Missing Link project, undertaken by Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), aims to improve connectivity, reduce travel time, and enhance safety on one of the state’s busiest corridors.
The installed DELTABLOC® systems meet European safety standards EN 1317 and are designed to redirect vehicles, absorb impact forces, and reduce injury risk during accidents. These systems are currently deployed in over 45 countries.
