Ola Electric Mobility Limited has received an administrative warning from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The warning, issued on January 7, 2025, is in relation to the violation of several SEBI regulations, including 4(1)(d), 4(1)(f), 4(1)(h), and 30(6). These violations concern the dissemination of information to ensure equal, timely, and cost-efficient access for all investors.

The company has confirmed that there is no monetary impact on its financial or operational activities. Ola Electric Mobility Limited assures compliance with the regulations and aims to avoid such issues in the future.

In the meantime, Ola Electric shares closed today at ₹79.00, slightly up from the opening price of ₹78.90. The stock reached a high of ₹81.18 and a low of ₹78.55 during the day. Despite these fluctuations, it remains well below its 52-week high of ₹157.40 and significantly higher than its 52-week low of ₹66.66.
