NBCC wins major projects worth Rs 658.43 crore in Uttarakhand and Delhi

NBCC (India) Limited has recently secured prestigious projects worth approximately ₹658.43 crore, reinforcing its position as a leading public sector enterprise in infrastructure development. These projects, awarded by the Uttarakhand Investment and Infrastructure Development Board (UIIDB) and the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), align with the company’s expertise in urban revitalization and project management consultancy.

The UIIDB project, valued at ₹438.98 crore, focuses on the rejuvenation of key areas in Haridwar, including Rodi Belwala, Sati Kund, Har Ki Pauri, Subhash Ghar, and the redevelopment of a commercial and parking area at Upper Road, opposite the railway station. This initiative aims to enhance the city’s heritage, tourism potential, and infrastructure.

The second project, worth ₹219.45 crore, involves Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services for C-DOT Campus, Mehrauli, New Delhi. NBCC will oversee planning, supervision, and construction of key buildings, including a Data Centre, Housing & Hostels, Technical Block, and Residential Buildings.

These contracts fall within NBCC’s routine business operations, further cementing its reputation as a trusted partner in urban and infrastructural development.
