Jio Platforms Limited reported a strong set of numbers for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, driven by steady subscriber additions, higher data usage and continued expansion in digital services.

The company posted quarterly revenue of ₹44,928 crore, registering a 12.7% year-on-year increase. Operating performance remained robust, with EBITDA rising 17.9% YoY to ₹20,060 crore, reflecting operating leverage and improved margins.

Profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹7,935 crore, up 13% compared to ₹7,022 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA margin improved to 52.4% from 50.1% a year ago, indicating sustained profitability.

Operationally, Jio continued to deliver strong metrics during the quarter, with its customer base rising to 524.4 million, up 7.4% year-on-year. Average revenue per user (ARPU) improved to ₹214 per subscriber per month from ₹206.2 a year ago, supported by higher engagement and a better subscriber mix. Data traffic surged 35% YoY to 66 billion GB, while voice traffic grew 3.4% to 1.54 trillion minutes. The company also reported stable churn at 1.7%, with net subscriber additions of 9.1 million during the quarter, highlighting sustained user growth and engagement trends.

Jio continued to see strong traction in subscriber growth, with its total user base crossing 524 million, including 268 million 5G subscribers. The company also reported strong momentum in its fixed broadband segment, with approximately 75 million and ~10 million net additions in mobility and fixed broadband respectively during FY26.

Jio AirFiber further strengthened its leadership position, with around 13 million subscribers, while customer engagement remained strong with data traffic rising 35% year-on-year to 66 exabytes in Q4 FY26.

On a full-year basis, the company highlighted sustained double-digit revenue growth, supported by improving subscriber mix, ARPU expansion, and continued growth in digital services. EBITDA growth was driven by higher revenues and operating leverage, with margins expanding during the year.
