NBCC secures Rs 82.08 crore contract for Lokpal premises renovation

NBCC (India) Limited has recently secured a significant contract for renovation and interior works at the Lokpal Premises in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The project, awarded by the Lokpal of India, carries an estimated value of Rs 82.08 crore (excluding GST). This development reinforces NBCC’s reputation as a leading public sector enterprise specializing in construction and project management.

With a strong track record of executing high-value government projects, NBCC continues to play a pivotal role in modernizing public infrastructure across India. The latest contract highlights its expertise in renovation and interior design, ensuring that the Lokpal Premises will be upgraded with state-of-the-art facilities.

In the meantime, on March 26, the company signed an MoU with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Limited (MAHAPREIT) to execute ₹25,000 crore worth of infrastructure projects in Maharashtra. This strategic partnership will focus on redevelopment, EPC, and consultancy services, including cluster development in Thane, data centers, renewable energy, and slum rehabilitation in MMR. Affordable housing under PMAY is also a key initiative. Over the next 3-5 years, these projects will drive Maharashtra’s urban transformation, aligning with India’s vision for sustainable development. NBCC’s expertise in redevelopment will strengthen infrastructure growth in the state.
