NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has announced the securing of fresh project orders amounting to approximately ₹65.73 crore (excluding GST). The new contracts, awarded by prominent government-backed institutions, involve project management consultancy and construction services in the states of Karnataka and Odisha.

The largest of these new assignments comes from the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, which has entrusted NBCC with providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the construction and development of multiple buildings, along with associated external development works, at the Energy Institute in Bengaluru. This project alone carries an estimated value of ₹43.90 crore.

In addition, NBCC has been awarded two contracts by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. The first involves the construction of a new Regional Office building in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, with a contract value of ₹6.42 crore. The second project, valued at ₹15.41 crore, involves the construction of central covered courtyards at various Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) across the state of Odisha.

All three contracts are domestic in nature and fall squarely within the regular scope of business for NBCC. The company has clarified that there is no promoter or related-party interest involved in any of these deals, and the projects do not qualify as related-party transactions.
