NBCC (India) Limited informed exchanges that the company has been awarded the redevelopment works for several key projects in Goa from Govt. of Goa. This prestigious contract marks the commencement of Phase-I of the redevelopment initiative, aimed at enhancing the state’s facilities and services.
The awarded projects, totalling approximately ₹1,726 crores, encompass various critical works across Panjim and its surrounding areas. The details of the projects are as follows:
- Redevelopment of Junta House, 18th June Road, Panjim
- Redevelopment of Government Garage, MG Road, Panjim
- Construction of Administrative Building at Porvarim
- Redevelopment of Circuit House, Panjim
- Redevelopment of Government Quarters, St. Inez
- Redevelopment of Mini Convention Centre at Tiswadi, Patto
