Nazara Technologies Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Nodwin Gaming Private Limited, has successfully acquired 100% of the equity share capital of Trinity Gaming India Private Limited. The acquisition, valued at ₹24.00 crores, was concluded following the Share Purchase Agreement dated November 29, 2024.
The deal involved a combination of ₹4.80 crores in cash and the issuance of 1,036 equity shares of Nodwin worth ₹19.20 crores to the founders of Trinity, Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao. With this acquisition, Trinity becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Nodwin Gaming, and consequently, a step-down subsidiary of Nazara Technologies.
This move marks a significant expansion for Nodwin Gaming in the gaming sector, strengthening its position in the industry.
