Following corporate and regulatory approvals, the entity has been renamed Axis Max Life Insurance Limited (Axis Max Life). The Registrar of Companies issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on December 12, 2024, formalizing this rebranding.
This integration of the “Axis” brand aims to combine the legacy trust of Max with Axis Bank’s reputation, further strengthening Axis Max Life’s market positioning. The rebranding is expected to accelerate its strategic expansion, particularly across metro and tier-1 cities, and reinforce customer confidence by leveraging the expertise of both brands.
