Marine Electricals (India) Limited has announced the receipt of fresh orders worth ₹19.09 crore (excluding taxes) from Crescon Projects & Services Private Limited for the supply of power distribution units. The development reflects continued order inflow momentum for the company in the electrical engineering and power solutions segment.
According to the official disclosure, the contract involves the supply of power distribution units, with execution and delivery scheduled over a period of 12 months. The order strengthens Marine Electricals’ presence in the power distribution and infrastructure solutions space, where demand remains steady across industrial and commercial projects.
The company clarified that none of the promoter or promoter group entities have any interest in the awarded contract. It further stated that the order does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
