Maithan Alloys Ltd. has announced the successful sale of all capital assets of its manufacturing unit located at Byrnihat, Ri-Bhoi District, Meghalaya. The transaction was finalized through an agreement dated October 3, 2025.
In the exchange filings, Maithan Alloys shared, The company has sold all the capital assets of the manufacturing Unit of the Company, located at Byrnihat in Ri-Bhoi District of State of Meghalaya through an Agreement dated 3’d October ,2025.
This update follows the company’s earlier communication dated September 22, 2025, in which the Board of Directors had authorized company officers to proceed with the sale of the Byrnihat unit’s capital assets.
