Mahindra Logistics Limited has announced a senior leadership change, appointing Ankur Bansal as the new Head – Strategy & Transformation effective January 1, 2026. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors on November 29, 2025.

According to the exchange filing, Bansal will join the company’s senior management team and play a key role in shaping group-wide strategic initiatives and long-term transformation plans.

Bansal currently serves as Vice President – Group Strategy at the Mahindra Group, where he has been responsible for driving strategic projects across the conglomerate’s various businesses. Before joining Mahindra, he led strategic functions at Jio’s telecom vertical and was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Mumbai. He brings over 13 years of experience across consulting, telecom, and diversified conglomerates.

A graduate of IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Bangalore, Bansal also holds a Six Sigma black belt from the American Society for Quality.

Mahindra Logistics stated in the filing that the appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership bench as it accelerates growth across supply chain management, enterprise mobility, and new-age logistics solutions.
